Sayyidatuna Asma’ bint ‘Umays رضي الله عنها reported: The Messenger of Allah ﷺ said,_
*“Whoever is afflicted by anxiety, grief, illness, or hardship and he says the following, it will be removed.*
*اَللّٰهُ رَبِّيْ لَا شَرِيْكَ لَهُ*
_Allah hu rabbi la sharika lahu._
```‘Allah is my Lord without any partner,’```
_*(Al-Mu’jam al-Kabīr 396)*_

Sayyiduna Ibn Abbas رضي الله عنهما reported: The Prophet ﷺ said,_
*“The son of Adam has three hundred and sixty joints, and charity is due upon each one of them every day.*
- *A kind word that a man speaks is charity.*
- *A man helping his brother with something is charity.*
- *Giving someone a drink of water is charity.*
- *Removing harmful things from the road is charity.”*
